Retreats
Time to enter a different rhythm.
Our retreats bring Jewish ritual, movement, learning, and shared time into a sustained experience of practice and community.
Away from the pace of an ordinary week, we make room for a teaching to unfold, a conversation to deepen, and an experience to settle.
Practice, woven into shared life.
Movement and stillness. Jewish learning and lived questions. Meals, music, ritual, and time together.
The shape of each retreat grows from its theme, the Jewish calendar, and the people gathering. Some practices invite expression; others make room for listening and rest. Together, they create an arc you can enter at your own pace.
Build notes: confirm that all listed elements are typical of your retreats. Nature, silence, yoga, mikvah, and breathwork can be described for individual retreats when included; they should not all be universal promises.
-
Movement and attention offer ways to notice what is present and explore a theme beyond words.
-
The calendar and our shared practices give the retreat a rhythm and a language for questions of change, belonging, and renewal.
-
Shared meals, conversation, and practice allow connection to develop over time. There is space to be with others and to listen inward.
